I’ve been writing since childhood but never imagined it would go beyond these four walls. My dream became a reality when I released my first novel, The Smoke Tree. This year, I released the stand alone sequel, The Smoke Tree: Broken Branches. If you have read my stories, I truly hope you enjoyed them!

      • I exercise, walk around the house and think about the story, the characters, until the flow returns. Sometimes it doesn’t, and just like we may have had it for the day so have the characters. I must wrap it up until they are ready to come back.

      • On my days off I can write from the time I wake until I realize it’s almost the next day and I really should get some sleep.

      • My mother read all the time so it was as natural as watching television or talking on the phone. That was where my inspiration came from. I’ve been writing since I learned how to spell.
        That’s a long time.
