BIOGRAPHY
Marilynne Eichinger is an anthropology graduate from Boston University with a master’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. She is the founding president of Impression 5 Science Museum in Michigan, served as president of the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, and founded The Museum Tour Catalog, which circulated nationally to over a million households. As a member of the Community for Earth Committee, she advocates for environmental justice through activism and storytelling. Her 2024 novel, The Water Factor, is a Best Dystopian Firebird International Award winner, a Literary Titan Gold Medal recipient for thrillers, and a New York Book Festival Award winner. Non-fiction books include the Chanticleer and Midwest Book Awards for Lives of Museum Junkies, a behind-the-scenes look at hands-on science centers, and a Living Now Book Award for Over the Peanut Fence, about homeless and runaway youth. Antheia in the Thorns, well reviewed by Kirkus, received a Gold Manhattan Book award. Kingdom of Greed is scheduled for a release in 2027.
