London, England: A young man becomes the subject of a contentious conversation between Felicity and Ruth. The two girls, American and British respectively, know or claim to know, him. They spotted him at a short distance from a cafe. Their impressions differ about his character. Moreover, Felicity’s and Ruth’s perspectives are contrasting, concerning a man’s need to impress a woman during a love encounter which can easily lead to dishonesty. Ruth’s critical reflection of the young man’s personality traits is intended for Felicity as a warning. The question becomes whether Felicity’s and Ruth’s perceptions of the young man are accurate remains to be seen.

A tragicomic fantasy tale. Set in the there are no early 70s in two imaginary countries. 45-year-old Molly invites 40-year-old Benji to visit her homeland. Benji is overwhelmed and seizes his first chance to visit another country. Then one day, Benji catches sight of a woman and becomes mesmerised by her appearance. He pursuit is anything but conventional.

TELL ME WHO MY ENEMY IS—a four-act closet drama

Berry (an Afro-West Indian) and Gun and Kerstin (two Swedish cronies) are socialising. Sam, the Afro-American in time, barges in on the trio. The black men air opposing views about what's it like to live in Sweden. Berry becomes belligerent towards Sam. The girls are surprised by the men's bickering and animosity towards each other.

  I enjoyed â€œFour Bittersweet Romances & A Four-Act Closet Dramaâ€ greatly. Very well mastered, written in a descriptive language, full of valuable details, it became a real page-turner for me.
  All stories in this book are impressive, so different, yet making an indivisible whole. Some will appeal more to you, some probably less. But all of them are touching strings of oneâ€™s heart, for sure.
  The vivid dialogues and interactions underline the uniqueness of each character in this amazing read. It is very hard to name one thing that I loved about this book the most, but I was definitely very touched by the emotional story of the romantic relationship between Maja and Calle and its events made me empathize with the heroes deeply. Binkyâ€™s Reverie showed me that love is the most simple, yet the most complicated feeling. Getting It Right If Ever conveyed such a deep understanding of human nature on every page and Tell Me Who My Enemy Is reminded me of what an unforgettable experience it is to feel alive.
  The most stunning, however, was a short story Two Girls in a Cafe.
  It gave me that amazing feeling of presence right inside the story, like I was sitting at the nearby table, and listening to the girls myself. The atmosphere of personal participation was outstanding!
  All of the works in this compilation are united with the authorâ€™s effort to depict human life: hopes, wishes, feelings, dreams, but also failures, misunderstandings, and challenges. I think the author succeeded in doing this, cause sometimes the scenes from his book are nearly palpable! I highly recommend this wonderful book from Lawrence.G.Taylor to everyone!

BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Guyana, moved to England in the early sixties. I worked and studied in London. Residing in Sweden since the beginning of the seventies. I retired a few years ago from a mental health occupation and from a private counseling practice.

The seventies, I began writing, wrote mostly short stories, a four-act closet drama, a few novellas, and an unfinished biographical novel, and had spent two years nurturing the ambition to become an author of some repute. But financially the going was tough, as well as the feeling of insecurity for the future. I worked as a hospital porter for some years. I received a BA (Eng. & Ed.). Unfortu.nately, my interest in writing faded until a couple of years ago.

In Feb (2016), I self-published my debut book a collection of two short stories and two novellas, Strangers In Another Country, available only as an e-book.

In December 2016, I self-published a novella The Eternal Struggle: An Amorous Story, in ebook format and paperback format.
