  - Rarely. But yes in terms of "spiritual abuse" I experienced in certain church circles (=verbal abuse, financial abuse, emotional manipulation) and PTSD (as experienced by myself and people I've known). But I've never exactly fought off zombies, flown a space yacht, or exchange blaster rifle fire with space pirates, so they weren't my experiences lol.

  - The one that gets my blood up? Publishers and indie authors putting their novels in inappropriate Amazon categories so they crowd out genuine subgenre titles. Just stop it guys. A military space opera is not a time travel romance. A time travel romance is not a post-apocalyptic book.
